Bun trumpet (also known as vermicelli) attracts diners with the typical rustic features of the sea. The dish is prepared by people from barracuda or silverfish, giving it a sweet and fragrant taste. After steaming, the fish meat will be stir-fried with coconut milk, add curry powder, and cashew oil, taste spices and stir well. This broth will boil over medium-low heat until the mixture thickens, then season to taste.

Banh Canh is one of the familiar dishes in Phu Quoc because of the fragrant taste of fish and the distinctive aroma of the broth. And it would be remiss if you come to Ngoc island without ever enjoying mackerel cake soup.

This famous specialty includes squid, shrimp paste and fish cake… with a clear broth and a homemade dipping sauce consisting of salt, monosodium glutamate (main noodle), sugar, kumquat (kumquat), ground chili. All in a bowl and must be stirred vigorously so that the spices combine, turning red-orange.
