The surface was caught in the local waters from the night before. The meat is fresh, firm, and with a sweet broth that is the highlight of the dish. To add more flavor, locals often add fried beans, shrimp, herbs, and herbs.

Squid roll cake, squid ink sticky rice

Banh Cuon still uses the traditional filling with ground meat and wood ear, but the Ha Long people eat it with squid rolls instead of fried rolls or cinnamon rolls like in other regions. A plate of standard squid ink rolls will be dipped with Ca Cuong essential oil and a plate of raw vegetables. In addition, visitors can choose white sticky rice served with squid rolls.
