Over 100 flights canceled at Manila airport as Typhoon Gaemi dumps heavy rain

260 passengers and 16 vessels were stranded in ports while airlines canceled 114 flights out of Manila on Wednesday due to heavy rain triggered by Typhoon Gaemi, the airport authority said.
