Storm Prapiroon leaves 6,000 tourists stranded on northern Vietnam islands

Nearly 6,000 tourists including foreigners have been stranded on Cat Ba and Co To islands in northern Vietnam as all tourist vessels were suspended due to the impacts of storm Prapiroon.
